  • Serenoa serrulate fruit extract

    One of the primary ingredients and commonly known as Saw Palmetto, this fruit extract helps the hair rejuvenate and keep the follicles open so they can absorb nutrients.

  • Citrus reticulata fruit extract

    Mainly composed of monoterpenes (limonene), this extract has many powerful properties including improved circulation and relaxation and known to promote healthy scalp circulation. In addition, its natural antioxidant activity helps protect against damage caused by free radicals and UV radiation. It’s also what gives our shampoo its amazing citrus scent!

  • Cedrus deodara wood oil

    This cedar tree-based oil helps to cleanse and rebalance the natural oils in your scalp as well as help maintain healthy hair. On the scalp, this oil has been shown to have the effect of triggering the natural oil-producing glands to express their protective oils.

  • Rosemary Oil

    In a 2022 study, evidence showed that this oil can help with hair growth. The study also found that the effects of rosemary oil were comparable with the pharmaceutical drug substance Minoxidil and seen in only six weeks.

  • Argan Oil

    Often called “liquid gold” due to its healing properties, Argan Oil is especially helpful in hair rejuvenation. It is a powerful antioxidant and contains good levels of vitamin E. This moisturising effect can improve hair quality and reduce skin dryness. The fatty acids it contains (oleic and linoleic) lubricate the hair shaft, preparing it for growth.

  • Hibiscus syriacus bark extract

    Used for centuries in Middle Eastern and Far Eastern cultures for its healing properties. While its role in cosmetics is more recent, itss mainly valued for its ability to condition the skin. The extract helps hydrate the scalp and the areas around hair follicles, while also softening and smoothing the skin. These benefits are recognized by the International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients (INCI).

  • Ferrous gluconate (iron)

    Iron aids in the production of haemoglobin which allows red blood cells to carry oxygen, including to hair folicles. A lack of iron is known cause of hair loss, which is why we’ve included a small amount of iron in our Hair Therapy Shampoo, an essential ingredient in hair growth.

  • Ubiquinol Coenzyme Q10

    A form of this wholly natural substance is found naturally in the cells of our body. It is especially valuable in heart cells which is why it has the nickname “spark of life”. As we age, our levels of Q10 fall. Q10 has been added to our shampoo as a supplement to aid the hair follicles' direct nutrition. Q10 is also found nuts, eggs, oily fish and poultry.

  • Sage Essential Oil

    This oil is high in antioxidants and helps promote skin health, including the scalp.

  • Phyllanthus emblica extract

    Also known as Indian Gooseberry, this extract is well-known for its health benefits and has been studied in many scientific papers, including PubMed 10637531. It's packed with vitamin C, tannins, and other polyphenols, giving it strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.   • What isn't in Hair Therapy Shampoo

    HUSSSH® Hair Therapy Shampoo contains no harmful chemicals.

    Finasteride is a prescription drug often used for male pattern hair loss, but it’s also linked to serious side effects including depressed mood, depression, suicidal thoughts and sexual dysfunction (including decreased sex drive and inability to get and maintain an erection), and even infertility in women. We believe there’s a better, healthier way to address thinning hair and alopecia in men and women.
    Another common hair loss treatment chemical that’s absent is Minoxidil. Originally a blood pressure medication, it opens blood flow to hair roots but offers little else for long-term hair health.

Instructions for Use

  1. Wash your hair as normal.
  2. Once your hair is fully soaked and still warm from the shower, apply the same amount of shampoo you typically use.
  3. Massage the shampoo into your scalp for at least two minutes, making sure to cover your whole head.
  4. Wait for five minutes to let the essential oils penetrate the hair follicles. Rinse the shampoo off as usual.
  5. Repeat the process one more time, if desired, but no more than that.

Expect to see initial results around 6 weeks, if you’re using the shampoo daily as directed. By 12 weeks, the full effects should be visible. If you don’t wash your hair every day, don’t worry - just know that results may take a bit longer. HUSSSH® Therapy Shampoo works gradually to strengthen and thicken your hair over time.

Sometimes hair grows back at different rates in various parts of the scalp—this is completely normal.

For best results, continue using the shampoo consistently. You may be able to reduce usage over time, but that depends on your hair’s response. Keep in mind that regular use will yield the best, long-lasting results. Many people notice their hair loss returns when regular use has stopped.

How do I know that your product works?
Firstly the natural hair growth cycle is about every 6 weeks or so. To see effects before that is unlikely, typically effects are seen in 6 or 12 weeks.
